Mindfulness is the art of being aware of the “now” and being focused on your current experience or activity. This assists you to make calm rational decisions based on awareness and not anxiety.

I offer guided one on one personal discovery sessions that may include training where you can learn the basic skills of mindfulness meditation and how to help yourself to become a more calmer and centered human being.

Having these skills will teach you to manage your life better on a day to day basis.

 

BOOKING GUIDELINES

  • Minimum 3 sessions
  • 7 days between bookings
  • Bookings on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday & Friday between 2pm and 5pm
  • 2nd and 3rd Sessions to be booked during the 1sr Personal Discover session
